JOB OVERVIEW
About the Role:
The Associate Director of Enrollment will lead the strategic and operational aspects of Scene Health’s enrollment initiatives, ensuring seamless patient engagement and activation. This role requires a balance of data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and team leadership to drive enrollment performance and improve patient access to care. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing patient-centered engagement strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance patient experiences. This candidate must be a hands-on manager who provides direct feedback to team members in an ongoing coaching environment, ensuring that the quality of our outreach exceeds standards. The role will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations, Director of Enrollment, Executive Team, and cross-functional departments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient enrollment and activation, ensuring high conversion rates into Scene Health’s adherence programs.
- Manage and lead a team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to achieve enrollment goals.
- Collaboratively establish and improve quality assurance programs to ensure best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in patient outreach and enrollment.
- Conduct daily quality assurance and provide direct feedback to team members
- Oversee the daily performance of outbound and inbound enrollment operations, ensuring industry-leading call response and conversion rates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, improve team performance, and optimize operational workflows.
- Enhance and standardize enrollment scripts, workflows, and discovery questions to improve patient engagement and adherence.
- Contribute to outreach list management and strategies for reaching and converting patients via outbound and inbound channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Patient Solutions, and Population Health, to refine and enhance enrollment processes.
- Use and provide recommendations to optimize the use of key operational platforms, including Salesforce CRM and Talkdesk, to track patient interactions and ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, hire, and train team members to maintain a high-performing, patient-centered enrollment team.
- Lead internal training sessions focused on patient engagement, sales techniques, and enrollment best practices.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including automation and workflow improvements.
- Support new program launches, process development, and performance monitoring to ensure operational success.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing an outbound call center and/or sales team
- 5+ years experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience building and/or delivering impactful team training and performance coaching
- Experience with call center systems and the various channels of digital outreach used to connect with patients
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree required
