Senior Sales Executive, Health Payer vertical

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can craft strategy and manage sales efforts to insurance carriers, ACOs, MCOs, large physician practices, pharmacy benefit managers (PMBs), for technology-enabled medication adherence service. The right candidate has demonstrated experience working with and understanding reimbursement models for payers and/or compensation structures for ACOs and MCOs. Help emocha leadership create a technology-enabled service that is attractive for this market. Position requires confident, high-energy outreach to potentials leads, in-person and webex pitches, drafting proposals for new business, and negotiation of contracts. Proven skills in creating a strategy and executing are important as this market is quite dynamic.
Experience in a public health or with Medicaid/Medicare plans a plus. Position is for an individual contributor with potential to grow and manage a team as the company develops. Candidate must be ready to work in a hands-on, highly motivated and positive start up environment.
