Interaction Designer

Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. As an Interaction Designer you’ll envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels thoughtful and inspired. You’ll tackle complex healthcare problems and design solutions that are easy to understand and use, regardless of a user’s age, location, and technical savvy. Achieving this will require close collaboration with engineers, researchers, and product managers. As an Interaction Designer, you will ...

  • Gauge the usability of current products and identify ways to create better experience for patients and providers interacting with our software
  • Use Adobe, Sketch, and InVision to generate wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Design mobile and web software that simplifies the complexity of patient-provider interactions
  • Delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them
  • Participate in user engagement and testing
  • Make the complex simple 

We’d love to talk more if you have ...

  • Strong visual aesthetic, experience creating visual systems, and take pride in delivering beautiful, high fidelity, production-ready designs
  • BA/BS/MA in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product) or equivalent related experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in user interface, motion, or interaction design
  • Experience with web apps and complex systems/products
  • Designed products or experiences for healthcare and/or behavior change
  • Experience owning the evolution of a product from concept to launch (startup experience appreciated)
  • Experience working with web or mobile based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (bonus points)
  • Experience using web analytics / data science to inform design decisions (more bonus points)
